- celery & natural peanut butter (one block of fat)
- whole banana & coconut yoghurt (two blocks of carbohydrates & one block of fat)
- rice crackers & almond butter (one block of carbohydrates & one block of fat)

The Health Parachute

The health parachute is so that you have something on hand - when you're on the road and have no food available. Don't buy a gross pie, use your health parachute! You'll only need to access this every now and then and top it up as needed (usually a month).
