While being mindful is something that everyone has the natural ability to do, with the chaos and stresses of life around us, it can be difficult to slow our thoughts and just focus on the present moments in front of us.

We have a greater appreciation of the things around us and learn to take things slower rather than rushing into every single decision, action and judgement.
