We have been receiving lots of great feedback from you guys over the past few weeks. Now that our TRF challenge has wrapped up, we asked you how you found the challenge.

"Hi have just completed 1 month of TRF (16 hour fast) and no alcohol + regular exercise, I have lost 5.5 Kgs and feel great. I'm going to continue on with the 16 hour TRF as I have found this to be an easy process to manage and the "feel good" benefits are fantastic - Thanks for the help and guidance, Cheers Shayne".
