For me personally I think "continued stress is a symptom" of something "I" have or haven't done....If "I" have not educated, planned, prepared or worked on something....If "I" keep "lying" to myself that its "ok" and carry on doing the same thing "stress" is a probable symptom
For me a good place to start was being really "honest" to myself then I could practice taking "responsibility"
