After 7 yrs I've just started going back to Yoga, I love the way it makes me feel both body and mind, looking forward to less aches & pains!

Really great to hear that you're getting back into Yoga.

I really enjoy Yoga and stretching, it compliments a healthy lifestyle so well. I find its a great way for me to break up my usual training regime of weight training and running. Its certainly something i don't do enough of and something i am aiming to be more consistent with.

  • For me personally I think "continued stress is a symptom" of something "I" have or haven't done....If "I" have not educated, planned, prepared or worked on something....If "I" keep "lying" to myself that its "ok" and carry on doing the same thing "stress" is a probable symptom For me a good place to start was being really "honest" to myself then I could practice taking "responsibility" photo - Is me wife and 2 of my children in Los Angeles (I know I didn't smile....its part of my image)
